My approach to sound therapy and sound healing is rooted in my years of yoga and meditation teaching. I view sound as connection, union, yoking, interweaving itself through all form and formlessness. It is the vibrational substance holding everything together. My group sound bath work consists of evoking deep relaxation sound meditation, creating a conscious community connection, and consistently listening deeply to the pranavad or sound of the universe.
I have had the great fortune to have some wonderful teachers and mentors in life including the master sound therapy practitioner Patti Pellerito, BCTMB, CSH from Center of Sound, St. Louis Missouri. She has provided me with the framework that underlies my practice and continues to inspire me allow those teaching to be expressed in unique and individual ways.
