Our yoga classes are open anyone interested in exploring yoga, meditation, and subtle body energy techniques for self care health and wellness. As a Kripalu Yoga teacher, my focus is on Kripalu style gentle yoga and the many benefits it has to offer, to stretch and strengthen mind and body in an accessible way. It is a slow flow . Gentle yoga is offered every Monday evening from 5:30 -6:30 pm.
Our Friday Fusion Flow Class combine mindful yoga movement and sound meditation . Sound meditation is a type of mindfulness based on sounds of singing bowls, gongs and other sound instruments. It creates a focal point for attention in the present moment much like a mantra or repeated word. It is very relaxing and beneficial to both mind and body and helps to reduces tension and anxiety.
Our unique yoga & sound fusion flows combine the best of both yoga movement and meditative stillness using sound healing instruments as a focal point. We practice in a relaxed atmosphere of friendship, self exploration, and positive energy.
