Myofascial Stretch Class: MFR Movement Tina Abate PT, LMT, Myofascial Specialist

Myofascil Stretching or MFS uses slow, gentle movement with props such as foam rollers and blocks to support a long stretch . It feels like a blend of massage & yoga techniques to release pressure points in your connective tissue. You’ll stretch out & loosen up your myofascial tissue in all your major muscle groups from your shoulders & back to your hips, glutes.
This is a repeating weekly class on Thursday evenings from 5:00 – 6:00 pm at The Center for Massage Therapy & Sound Healing. We hope you can join us. Register online at link below to reserve your space now.
