Light touch energy therapies may include, Cranio Sacral, Reiki Therapy, and Vibrational Sound Therapy they all provide a deep sense of therapeutic relaxation in mind and body.. Light touch massage and energy work has been shown to stimulate the immune system, promote deep relaxation of the nervous system, and create a sense of well being.
These therapies allow you to remain fully clothed during the entire session and use no oils or lotions. Your therapists will plan sessions just for you and may integrate one or more of these modalities into your session based on the best options for you. Each lion is unique and individually based for you. They may also include light stretching, aromatherapy, and reflexology.
