Welcome. I offer my clients a variety of Light Touch Massage and energy work modalities to create an individual therapy session unique to your body. These light touch therapies such as, Cranio Sacral, Myofascial Release (MFR) , Reiki Therapy, and Vibrational Sound Therapy they provide a deep therapeutic response in mind and body.
They are a great bodywork massage modality for individuals with specific illness such as cancer, chronic illness, or pain. Light touch massage has been shown to stimulate the immune system, promote deep relaxation of the nervous system, and create a sense of well being.
These therapies allow you to remain fully clothed during the entire session and use no oils or lotions. Your therapists will plan sessions just for you and may integrate one or more of these modalities into your session based on the best options for you. They may also include light stretching, aromatherapy, and reflexology.
